Nudge in 90 Seconds – Pinning and Hiding Lists

Once you have your lists set up in the system, make sure to mark your most important lists – this helps our AI tailor your homepage and daily email.

Then, you’ll get the updates that you really want to see.


Pin Your Top Lists

On the left side of your homepage, you’ll see your Contact Lists, and then your Company Lists. Next to each list is a pin icon.

When you click the pin so that it turns green, that means the list is ‘pinned.’

When you pin a list, you’re letting our AI know that the list is important and that you want those updates prioritized.

News and social updates on your pinned lists will appear at the top of your homepage news feed so that you see them first.

Pinning your lists also lets you tailor your Daily Outlook Email.

Each morning, you’ll see that updates on your pinned lists are prioritized at the top of your email.


Hide Your Less Important Lists

You can also choose to hide from your homepage the lists you don’t check as frequently.

When you open up any contact or company list, you’ll see the option to show on the homepage.

If you toggle that off, the list will be removed from your homepage sidebar, but you can still access it at any time via the Lists tab.

If you don’t regularly check some lists, such as ‘Stay Close,’ you may want to hide them from your homepage.

This will help you focus on the lists that are most important to your daily workflow.

Just as pinning a list prioritizes it, hiding a list from your homepage will also deprioritize it from your newsfeed, and automatically unpins it.

Once you set these list preferences, you’ll see more targeted news and social updates.
